The
package will be examined with care, before it is shipped out. But if
you indeed receive a defective product, please follow the below steps
to make the problem settled:
1. Contact our customer service
within 48 hours and please provide the following:
Order id
E-mail address used
during the placement of the order
Name, address and any
other pertinent personal information that may help us identify your
order
Details of defect

If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that
of what you have ordered, or a few items are damaged, please take
photos of packaging and practicality of jewelry and send to us by
e-mail.

Note that all returns are subject to approval by our customer support
representatives. Upon approval, returns must be accompanied by a
means of following the returned package. We would like to recommend
insuring your return package as well.

Returned packages are subject to a final inspection

A refund or replacement will be meted out once the inspection has
taken place, refunds are in full less shipping and merchant charges
and other fees (if applicable).

We
remind you to try on your items without removing the tag, as we do
not accept returned products unless they are in the same condition in
which they were delivered to you.
Notice: Package
return will not be accepted, if it is just because the jewelry is not
