Return Policy:
We accept a full refund for the total cost of the order (Less any shipping costs paid or $15 for items which qualify for free shipping) if the item is returned to us within 3 days upon receipt of the item. The returned item must be unused in its original condition. A refund less $15 shipping fee will be made only after we receive the item.
Lost items:
A courier service Tracking number will be emailed to you once the order had bee despatched. We ship all items using a courier service that requires a signature upon receipt. It is uncommon for packages to be lost in the mail. However, in the event that a shipment is lost, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost.
